2025 Artist Registration

This form is for artists who wish to participate in the event. Artists must be 18+ and must volunteer in some capacity for the event.

My First 8x8" Entry

In order to participate in the Art Show, you must submit at least ONE 8x8" piece. All 8x8" artwork are sold at $88. It's the driving force of the show, and creates lots of excitement! For the 8x8" category, you can submit a maximum of two 8x8" artworks. $10 fee for participating with one or two 8x8" artworks.

Other artwork

To be able to submit under "other artwork" you must submit at least ONE 8x8" piece. This portion is optional. Space is limited so only one non-8x8" artwork per artist. This section will be labeled as "Varied Sizes at Varied Prices." An additional $10 is collected for this additional piece (total $20).

Accepted forms of Payment

List all forms of payment you will accept for your artwork, should it sell (ex: Venmo, Paypal, etc). YOU MUST include the account ID (ex: Venmo @tuscaloosaartcenter).

Artwork Images

We would like to feature your artwork on our gallery. Please email high resolution photos of 1-2 of your artworks, including title and media, to tuscaloosaartcenter@gmail.com.

Artwork Delivery

Drop off for artists will take place Monday, December 1st from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Harrison Galleries. No late submissions will be accepted. Each work of art needs to be properly labeled securely on the back with Full Name of Artist, Title of Artwork, Media, Size, and Retail Price. Artwork requiring wall space should have hanging wire (not sawtooth picture hangers) secured on the back. Please supply your own pedestal or special display for your 3D artwork if required. We cannot provide special displays.

Volunteer Agreement

The 8x8 event is 100% organized and executed by participating artists. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that: 1. You agree to participate in the event in a volunteer capacity. (Volunteer sign-up will be sent out by email to registered artists prior to the event). 2. We reserve the right to exclude artists from the 2025 or future 8x8 shows who do not contribute to the event.

Please only submit your form if you are sure you will be participating. You will be directed fee payment after this page to complete your registration and secure a spot for your artwork. You acknowledge you will adhere to artwork hanging and labeling requirements and drop off/pick up times. You may assign an agent to drop off or pick up your artwork. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
